The FT rate negotiated hotels list / database is here, and if it's on that list, it's bookable imho.
Hotels in Vienna, Mercure
Several Mercure hotels in Vienna, the Wien Europlatz was only one on the list, at €106.
It was knackered when I got there, so they moved me to the more expensive one 5 mins walk away.
